A .001 inch oversize piston is available for service use so that proper clearances can be obtained for slightly worn cylinder bores requiring only light honing. In addition, oversizes of .020 inch, .030 inch and .040 inch are available. If the cylinders have less than .005 inch taper or wear, they can be reconditioned with a hone and fitted with the .001 inch oversize piston.
