Thermo Switch

- Drain coolant from radiator into a container. Remove thermo switch (located behind TVSV) from intake manifold. Cool switch to below 109°F (43°C).
- Using an ohmmeter, check that there is continuity through switch. Heat switch to above 131°F (55°C) with hot water. Check that there is no continuity.
- Apply liquid sealer to threads of switch and reinstall. Fill radiator with coolant.
