  1. Install the HPAA assembly onto the fuel return pipes. Connect a jumper lead to the positive terminal of the battery and connect the jumper to the HPAA solenoid lead terminal. With engine running, housing pressure should be 13-17 psi. (.9-1.2 kg/cm2 ).
  2. If not to specifications, disconnect the jumper to the HPAA. If housing pressure is not 9-11 psi (.6-.8 kg/cm2 ), adjust the housing pressure regulator. Reconnect the jumper to the HPAA. If housing pressure is not 13-17 psi (.9-1.2 kg/cm2 ), adjust the HPAA pressure regulator. See No. 2 above.
