1985 Chevrolet Impala 4.3 Z, 700R4/MD8SECTION Lock-Out Lever Side Clearance
  1. Hold choke valve and throttle valves completely closed. See Fig 1.

  2. Measure secondary throttle valve lock-out specified side clearance between pin and lock-out lever.
  3. Specified lock-out lever side clearance is .015" (.381 mm). To adjust, bend pin.
