- Install NEW dust seal into recess of throttle body. Install fuel outlet passage gasket on cover. Install throttle body cover gasket on throttle body. Install TP sensor, IAC, fuel injectors, injectors and diaphragms.
- On TBI 295, install pressure regulator assembly. On all models, apply locking thread compound to cover attaching screws. Install cover screws and lock washers. Tighten screws. Connect electrical lead to fuel injectors, and install air cleaner.
