1. Manual linkage improperly adjusted.

2. Valve body gaskets leaking, damaged, or improperly installed.

3. Leaking or out of position D2 oil pipe.

4. Plugged D-3 orifice in spacer plate.

5. PT/D-3 check ball 3 improperly positioned or missing.

6. Porous case.

7. Missing or damaged intermediate servo cover to case oil seal ring.

8. Intermediate band off anchor pin.

9. Broken or burned intermediate band.

10. D-3 oil passage not drilled through in overrun clutch hub.

11. Missing or damaged oil seals in the overrun clutch piston.

12. Undrilled or plugged D3 oil hole in turbine shaft

13. Burned overrun clutches.

14. Overrun clutch backing plate snap ring out of groove.
