1. Throttle linkage incorrectly adjusted.
2. Throttle valve or 4-3 sequence valve stuck
3. Number 3 check ball incorrectly installed
4. Valve body spacer plate and gaskets incorrect, damaged or incorrectly installed.
5. Turbine shaft oil passages plugged or not drilled.
6. Turbine shaft seal rings damaged.
7. Turbine shaft sealing balls loose or missing.
8. Porosity in forward or overrun clutch piston.
9. Overrun piston seals cut or damaged.
10. Overrun piston check ball not seaing.
