Before performing any service on throttle body assembly, it is essential that throttle body be placed on a Holding Fixture (J-9789-118, BT 30-15 or equivalent) to prevent damage to throttle valve. Disassembly of each throttle body unit is the same. DO NOT
interchange components between front and rear units. Mark and identify each component for identification.
