10. 2-4 servo seals or O-ring seals missing, cut or damaged.

11. 2-4 servo assembly bore damaged.

12. Restricted or missing 2-4 servo assembly oil passages.

13. Porosity in 1-2 accumulator housing or piston.

14. Second accumulator piston seal or groove damaged.

15. Nicks or burrs in 1-2 accumulator housing.

16. 2-4 band worn or incorrectly installed.

17. Oil pump assembly faces not flat.
