1. Throttle lever and bracket assembly incorrectly installed or damaged.
2. T.V. cable broken or damaged.
3. Throttle valve sticking.
4. T.V. bushing turned in its bore.
5. 1-2 shift valve train stuck.
6. Valve body assembly gaskets or spacer plate incorrect, damaged or incorrectly installed.
7. T.V. limit valve, line bias valve or accumulator valve stuck.
8. Valve body face not flat.
9. 2-4 servo assembly apply pin too long or short.
10. 2-4 servo seals or O-ring seals missing, cut or damaged.
11. 2-4 servo assembly bore damaged.
12. Restricted or missing 2-4 servo assembly oil passages.
13. Porosity in 1-2 accumulator housing or piston.
14. Second accumulator piston seal or groove damaged.
15. Nicks or burrs in 1-2 accumulator housing.
16. 2-4 band worn or incorrectly installed.
17. Oil pump assembly faces not flat.
