General Motors PONTIAC: Condenser: SUNBIRD: Replacement
Disconnect battery and discharge system. Raise vehicle and remove grille face plate. Remove front dumper valance panel and grille center support. Remove upper radiator support screws and push radiator and shroud rearward to gain access to condenser. Disconnect inlet and outlet lines at condenser. Remove upper and lower mounting volts and remove, condenser. To install, reverse removal procedure. If new condenser is being installed, add one ounce; if refrigerant oil to condenser. Evacuate, leak test, and charge system.
