Blower Motor: MONZA: Replacement

1976 Chevrolet Camaro Base, 5.7L Eng VIN L, Automatic TransSECTION Replacement

Disconnect battery. Remove coolant recovery tank attaching screws and lay tank to one side; it is not necessary to drain coolant. Disconnect blower lead wire and scribe blower motor flange-to-case position. Remove blower-to-case attaching screws and remove blower motor with wheel as an assembly. Pry flange gently if sealer acts as an adhesive. Remove blower wheel retaining nut and separate motor and wheel. To install, reverse removal procedure making sure scribe marks line up.

NOTE: Assemble blower wheel to motor with open end of wheel away from motor.
