With distributor vacuum hose connected and on all except Corvette the fuel tank hose removed from Vapor Canister. On Corvette, remove fuel tank cap nut but do not remove hose to canister. Turn Air Cond. OFF, place Man. Trans. in "N", or Auto. Trans. in "P". With choke wide open and fast idle cam follower on high step of cam, set fast idle to specified RPM.
