Remove horn cap (as outlined above), then remove three attaching screws in wheel cavity. Remove housing, three insulators, and horn switch. Remove steering shaft nut and install a suitable puller (C-3428-B or equivalent) and remove steering wheel. To install, reverse removal procedure and torque steering shaft nut to 32-38 ft.lbs.
