Shuts off transducer vacuum to the vacuum motor whenever the engine intake manifold vacuum falls below the vacuum in the vacuum motor supply line (engine stopped or under heavy acceleration for a prolonged period). Action of the relay causes the vacuum motor to be held in position when the vacuum supply falls too low to maintain control.
