Check output current at single connector, black wire, if test lamp lights relay is operative. If relay contacts stick, current will be present at relay output, black wire to solenoid, and input, orange/black wire. No current will be present at the coil input, yellow wire. Replace relay under these circumstances. Check relay coil at yellow wire in relay connector. If lamp lights and relay is properly grounded replace relay.
