System Controls & Operation - All Models (Except CHEVROLET & 125" W.B. Station Wagon): Notes
System control is obtained by two levers (thumbwheels on Corvette) and a four speed blower fan switch. The upper lever (left thumbwheel on Corvette) makes use of vacuum and electrical switches to operate various doors, the compressor, and the blower at "low" in A/C mode. The lower lever (right thumbwheel on Corvette) uses a bowden cable to operate the temperature door in the selector duct assembly.

When to See a Mechanic
