  • IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT CAUTION:Β  Procedures and specifications for idle speed adjustment must be followed exactly as outlined. See "Β Hot (Slow) Idle RPMΒ Β " under Tune-Up.Β 
  • CARBURETOR AIR CLEANER NOTE:Β  Original equipment air cleaner element may be either polyurethane foam or oil-wetted paper. Polyurethane foam type may be cleaned in solvent and re-oiled. Oil-wetted paper type must never be oiled, washed, tapped, blown, or cleaned in any way. Service on oil-wetted paper type element is limited to inspection, testing, and replacement, if necessary.
