Disconnect battery, and remove steering coupling bolt and disconnect steering shaft from coupling. Loosen mast jacket lower clamp, and remove air conditioning center distributor duct. Remove radio rear support bracket screw, and mast jacket trim cover and upper support clamp. Remove Powerglide dial indicator, disconnect speedometer cable, remove instrument panel retaining screws, and, from under console, remove lower retaining screws. Remove cluster housing cover, and remove speedometer.
