Tune-Up - V8: Carburetion: Turbo-Hydromatic
Disconnect throttle rod swivel at throttle lever on carburetor. Disconnect throttle rod at throttle lever. Hold throttle valve wide open, pull throttle rod forward to position accelerator pedal on floor mat, and adjust swivel so swivel just enters hole in throttle lever. Connect swivel to throttle lever and install accelerator return spring. Hold throttle rod in full position, push throttle rod to full detent position and adjust rod so rod just enters hold on throttle lever, then connect rod at throttle lever. Set fast idle cam on high step and adjust dashpot just to contact throttle lever. Position kickdown switch so switch is actuated at full throttle position.
