Removal Procedure
2013 Cadillac CTS V, 2D Coupe, Automatic TransSECTION Removal Procedure
- Lower the window all the way down.
- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Sedan, Wagon) .
- Remove the water deflector.
- Remove the window inner belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Inner Sealing Strip ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the rear side door stationary window. Refer to Rear Side Door Stationary Window ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the window outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip ReplacementΒ .
- Connect the door trim panel electrical connector.
- Run the window to the full up position.
- Tape the window in the up position.
- Loosen the window clamp nuts 4 revolutions.
- Using the power window switch, lower the window regulator to the full down position.
- Remove the tape.
- Slide the window down past the window regulator clamps and out of the front window run channel.
- Lift the window out of the door.
