Component Testing

- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate exterior door handle switch.
- With the switch in the open position, test for infinite resistance between the signal terminal and the ground terminal listed below:
- Signal terminal B and ground terminal C -Sedan/Wagon
- Signal terminal D and ground terminal C-Coupe
- If not the specified value, replace the exterior door handle switch.
- With the switch in the closed position, test for less than 1 Ξ© between the signal terminal and the ground terminal listed below:
- Signal terminal B and ground terminal C -Sedan/Wagon
- Signal terminal D and ground terminal C-Coupe
- If greater than the specified range, replace the exterior door handle switch.
