Preliminary Procedures

Remove the liftgate interior trim panel. Refer to Liftgate Trim Panel Replacement .
Remove the rear wiper arm assembly. Refer to Rear Window Wiper Arm Replacement (Yukon, Tahoe, Hybrid Two-mode) .
Remove the rear wiper motor pivot shaft nut and spacer.
