Preliminary Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
  2. Remove the ignition cylinder. Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement .
  3. Program the theft deterrent control module after replacement. Refer to Control Module References .
