Removal Procedure
2007 Cadillac XLR BaseSECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the rear compartment stowage trim. Refer to Body Rear Compartment Replacement .
- Remove the 3 retaining nuts to the digital radio receiver from the mounting bracket.
- Lower the receiver from the mounting bracket and disconnect the coaxial and the electrical leads from the receiver.
- Remove the radio receiver from the vehicle.
IMPORTANT:
Do not swap digital radio receivers between vehicles. Swapping digital receivers between vehicles will activate the digital radio Theftlock, "XM Theftlock" will be displayed.
