NOTE:
Heat pad is part of the pan assembly.
- Install the thigh support with the 2 retainers. Connect the air line to the manifold.
- Install the plastic cover to the pan and 6 rivets. See Figure .
- Install the cushion to the pan with general purpose adhesive 3M Part 08080.
- Install the cover.
- Install the hog rings (1). See Figure .
- Install the retaining clips (2) around the edge of the cover.
- Install the pump (6). See Figure .
- Connect the electrical connector (4) to the pump.
- Install 2 nuts (3).
- Install the relay (7).
- Connect the electrical connector (2) and the hose (5).
- Install 2 nuts (1).
- Install the seat function switch assembly and its electrical connection. See Figure .
- Install the seat cushion.
