  1. Ensure transmission is in Park or Neutral, PCM switches A/C relay off, and EGR solenoid is de-energized. When ISC motor is stopped, ECC displays 50, and TPS reads 4 degrees or less.
  2. With engine off, depress WARMER button on ECC. ISC plunger will extend until it ratchets once. ECC will display 99. With engine on, "--" will be displayed when WARMER button is depressed. With engine off, depressing COOLER button on ECC will retract ISC, and display will read 00. With engine on, ISC will retract to base idle (500-550 RPM).
