Note On INTERMITTENTS
Code will be stored in memory whenever ambient temperature drops below about B34°C (B29°F). This code should be ignored if this cause is suspected.
If intermittent code is being set, manipulate related wiring while observing BCM data parameter "P.2.6". If failure is induced, reading will jump from its normal value to a reading outside range of B34°C to 87°C.

When to See a Mechanic
Stop DIY work and contact a certified mechanic immediately if any of the following apply:
- • You smell fuel, burning insulation, or see smoke.
- • Brakes feel soft, pull hard to one side, or make grinding noises.
- • The engine overheats, stalls repeatedly, or misfires under load.
- • You are missing required tools, torque specs, or safe lifting equipment.
- • You are not confident in the next step or safety outcome.
