Circuit/System Verification
2019 Buick Envision BaseSECTION Circuit/System Verification
- Vehicle OFF/Ignition OFF.
- Verify the LVDS interface cable is properly connected at the K48 Infotainment Faceplate Control Module, K188 Human Machine Interface Control Module Bypass Module, and the K74 Human Machine Interface Control Module and there is no damage to the cable or connections.
- Ignition ON/Vehicle in Service Mode, infotainment system ON.
- Verify the K48 Infotainment Faceplate Control Module does display an infotainment image.
- If the K48 Infotainment Faceplate Control Module does not display an infotainment image.Β
Refer to Rear Vision Camera System Malfunction (without UVH) , or Rear Vision Camera System Malfunction (with UVH)
- Go to next step: If the K48 Infotainment Faceplate Control Module displays an infotainment image.Β
Go to next step: All OK.
- If the K48 Infotainment Faceplate Control Module does not display an infotainment image.Β
