If the PIN has been lost the only way to clear a Teen Key is to follow the Body Control Module (BCM) Configuration/Reset Functions Reset Teen Driver Key PIN procedure in the scan tool. This procedure will clear all Teen Keys
- Connect a scan tool to the vehicle.
- Select the Reset Teen Driver Key PIN.
- After resetting the PIN, all teen keys will be cleared.
- Verify teen keys are cleared.
