Removal Procedure
2015 Buick Enclave ConvenienceSECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave)Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia or Traverse) .
- Remove the water deflector.
- Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Acadia/Traverse)Β Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Enclave)Β .
- Lower the window (1) to align the bolts (2) with the access holes in the inner panel.
- Remove the window guide bolts (2).
- Using masking tape place the door window into the upper door frame and tape in place.
- Remove the window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the rear door speaker. Refer to Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement .
- Remove the rear door window front channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Front Channel Replacement (Acadia/Traverse)Β .
- Remove the masking tape from the window and frame.
NOTE:
Tape the edges of the outer belt sealing strip to pinch weld to protect the paint.
