Removal Procedure

2015 Buick Enclave ConvenienceSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Enclave)Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Acadia or Traverse) .
  2. Remove the water deflector.
  3. NOTE:

    Tape the edges of the outer belt sealing strip to pinch weld to protect the paint.

  4. Remove the outer belt sealing strip. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Acadia/Traverse)Β Rear Side Door Window Outer Sealing Strip Replacement (Enclave)Β .

  6. Lower the window (1) to align the bolts (2) with the access holes in the inner panel.
  7. Remove the window guide bolts (2).
  8. Using masking tape place the door window into the upper door frame and tape in place.
  9. Remove the window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator ReplacementΒ .
  10. Remove the rear door speaker. Refer to Radio Rear Side Door Speaker Replacement .
  11. Remove the rear door window front channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Front Channel Replacement (Acadia/Traverse)Β .
  12. Remove the masking tape from the window and frame.
