Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove as much power steering fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir as possible.
  2. Place drain pans under the vehicle.

4 Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Outlet Hose
5 Strap
6 Power Steering Fluid Reservoir Bolt

Procedure

  1. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System BleedingΒ .
  2. Clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle.
