Parking Assist Switch Malfunction

2013 Buick Regal Turbo Premium, Standard TransSECTION Parking Assist Switch Malfunction

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the X1 harness connector at the K41 Parking Assist Control Module.
  2. Test for infinite resistance between the input signal circuit terminal 8 X1 at the K41 Parking Assist Control Module harness connector and ground.
    • If less than the specified value, test input signal circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, replace the S48E Multifunction Switch Module - Center Console.
  3. If all circuits test normal, replace the K41 Parking Assist Control Module.
