Removal Procedure

- Remove the front side door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
- Remove the front side door water deflector.
- Move the window to the full up position.
- If necessary disconnect the ignition lock key transmitter antenna electrical connector.
- Remove cover cap (1) from the front side door.
Using a small flat-bladed tool, release the cover cap from the front side door.
