  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Open the battery fuse block cover.
1 Battery Positive Cable Fastener
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
20 N.m (15 lb ft)
2 Battery Positive Cable Fastener
Tighten 
4.5 N.m (39.8 lb in)
3 Battery Positive Cable
