Remove the front floor console compartment. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement .

Procedure 
Depress the tabs and remove the receptacle from the rear compartment.
TIP:  The rear compartment does not need to be removed from the front floor console cup holder housing to remove the receptacle.
