Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the LF wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Front Liner Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the windshield washer level sensor electrical connector.
  3. Place a clean suitable drain pan under the level sensor area in order to contain the loss windshield washer solvent.
  4. Use two medium sized flat-bladed tools under the level sensor grommet and pry in opposite directions, disengage the level sensor from the windshield washer container.
  5. Remove and discard the level sensor grommet.
