2011 Buick Enclave CXL, FWDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine mount strut bracket. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT STRUT BRACKET REPLACEMENT - RIGHT SIDE .
  2. Remove the radiator inlet hose from the water outlet. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement .
  3. Remove the power steering fluid reservoir bracket bolts (1).
  4. Remove and reposition the power steering fluid reservoir bracket (2) out of the way.

  6. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (6) from the bank 2 intake camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoid valve.

  8. Remove the CMP actuator solenoid valve bolt and valve (3).
  9. Inspect the CMP actuator solenoid valve seal for damage and replace as necessary.
