- Ensure that the wipers are in the park position and the ignition key is OFF.
- Open the hood.
- Disconnect the washer hose from the wiper arm.
- Remove the wiper arm nut cover.
- Remove the wiper arm nut.
- Use the J 39822 to remove the wiper arm from the wiper transmission.
