  1. Disconnect the HVAC control head. Verify the DTC resets.
    • If the DTC does not reset, replace the HVAC control head.
  2. Disconnect the radio. Verify the DTC resets.
    • If the DTC does not reset, replace the radio.
  3. Disconnect the DIC switch. Verify the DTC resets.
    • If the DTC does not reset, replace the DIC switch.
  4. Disconnect the cruise control switch. Verify the DTC resets.
    • If the DTC does not reset, replace the cruise control switch.
  5. Disconnect the steering wheel control switches. Verify the DTC resets.
    • If the DTC does not reset, replace the steering wheel control switches.
  6. Test for a short to ground in the LED Dimming Supply circuit.
    • If all circuits/connections test normal, replace the BCM.
