- Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
- Disconnect the intake manifold tuning valve electrical connector.
- Remove the engine harness clip from the engine bracket.
- Remove the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (LS4) or Power Steering Pump Replacement (LZ4/LZE/LZ9) .
- Remove the intake manifold tuning valve bolts.
- Remove the intake manifold tuning valve.
