2006 Buick Terraza CXL, 3.5 L, AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

- Apply lubricate GM P/N 1051344 (Canadian P/N 993037) to the nose of the valve blade (1).
- Install the intake manifold tuning valve.NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
- Install the intake manifold tuning valve bolts.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Install the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (LS4) or Power Steering Pump Replacement (LZ4/LZE/LZ9)
- Install the engine harness clip to the engine bracket.
- Connect the intake manifold tuning valve electrical connector.
- Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
