2006 Buick Terraza CXL, 3.5 L, AWDSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7Β  or SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 9 (Monte Carlo)Β  or SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 9 (Impala)Β .
  2. Remove the side impact inflator module from the seat. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Front (Monte Carlo)Β .

  4. With the seat back cover in the open position the wiring harness on the side impact inflator module will be exposed.

    Remove the retaining clips that secure the inflator module wiring harness to the seat.

  5. Remove the wiring harness.
