2006 Buick Terraza CXL, 3.5 L, AWDSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel tank fill pipe.

  3. Install the fuel tank fill pipe hose (2) onto the fuel tank (3)
  4. Connect the vent pipe quick connect fitting to the fuel tank vent pipe quick connect fitting. Refer to Quick Connect Fitting(s) Service (Plastic Collar)Β .
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  5. Tighten the fuel fill pipe clamp (1) at the fuel tank.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the clamp to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).

  7. Install the EVAP line (2) to the bracket (3).
  8. Install the fill pipe bracket bolt (4) to the underbody rail.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolt to 13 N.m (115 lb in).

  9. Lower the vehicle.

  11. Install the fuel fill pipe screws to the fuel filler pocket.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
