Preliminary Procedures

    CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 1Β .
  2. Remove the upper air baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Baffle and Deflector Replacement - Upper .
1 Bolt, Inflatable Front End Sensor Mounting (Qty: 2)

Tighten:Β  8 N.m (71 lb in)

2 Connector, Connector Position Assurance (CPA)
3 Sensor, Inflatable Front End
