2006 Buick Terraza CXL, 3.5 L, AWDSECTION Removal Procedure

IMPORTANT:
  • Always use replacement cables that are of the same type, diameter and length of the cables that you are replacing.
  • Always route the replacement cable the same as the original cable.
  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (L26)Β  or Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (LY7)Β .

  3. Remove the bolt (1) securing the battery negative cable to the side rail.
  4. Disconnect the body harness connector (3) from the battery negative cable.

  6. Remove the bolt securing the battery negative cable to the engine block.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Remove the battery negative cable from the engine.
