- Remove the left instrument panel (I/P) sound insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Left .
- Disconnect the accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor electrical connector.
- Remove the accelerated pedal bolts (2).
- Remove the accelerator pedal (1) from the vehicle.
