Removal Procedure
1. Remove the generator bracket.
2. Remove the coolant air bleed pipe.
3. Remove the left exhaust manifold.
4. Remove the pushrods.
5. If equipped, remove the auxiliary air conditioning (A/C) bracket bolt (5).
6. Remove the cylinder head.
7. Clean and inspect the cylinder head.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the cylinder head.
2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
If equipped, install the auxiliary A/C bracket bolt (5).
Tighten the bolt to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the pushrods.
4. Install the left exhaust manifold.
5. Install the coolant air bleed pipe.
6. Install the generator bracket.
