  1. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the EGR valve outlet pipe. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Outlet Pipe ReplacementΒ .
  3. Remove the EGR valve inlet pipe mounting bolt (2) from the exhaust manifold.

  5. Remove the mounting bolt (2) and the stud (3) from the EGR valve inlet pipe bracket.
  6. Remove the EGR valve inlet pipe assembly (1).
