Removal Procedure
2005 Buick LeSabre Limited, 4T65E/M15SECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front DoorΒ .
- Remove the door module. Refer to Door Control Module ReplacementΒ .
- Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front DoorΒ .
- Remove the door handle fastener (2).
- Snap the lock and latch rods out of rod guide.
- Slide handle assembly forward to release the retainer tabs (1).
- Tilt the handle and remove the rods from the handle in the following sequence:
- Lock knob rod (1).
- Handle lever rod (2).
