Installation Procedure

- Position the front seat in the vehicle.
- Install the center seat belt on the AM6 drivers seat. Refer to Seat Belt Replacement - Center Front in Seat Belts.
- Connect the electrical connector on the six-way power seat.
- Install the rearward front seat fasteners.
Tighten:Β Tighten the fasteners to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
- Place the seat to the full rearward position.
- Install the forward front seat fasteners.
Tighten:Β Tighten the fasteners to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
- Install the front seat fastener trim covers.
- Return the front seat to its original position.
- Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7 and SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 9 in SIR.
